Profile
- 1-3 years of experience – Software engineers, Senior Software engineers
- 3-6 years of experience - Senior Software engineers, Team leads, Architects
Client side development skills
- Windows programming using VC++, Win32 SDK
- C++ & OOAD
- Windows socket programming
- ActiveX / COM and Office automation
Server side development skills
- Core Java and OOAD skills
- Java NIO
- Apache Struts
- Flex/Flash programming with exposure to E4X
General requirements for the development related skills
- Object Oriented Design exposure is a must.
- Knowledge of Design patterns, Apache server, HTTP (Protocol knowledge) TCP/IP & UDP will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Office automation using VC++ is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix is an added advantage.
System administrator / Data Center managers
- Administering and configuring Linux servers
- SMTP, POP server configuration and management
- Administering, configuring and clustering Apache / Tomcat / MySQL
- Data center administration and maintenance
- Experience in managing Data Centers
