Share your documents with anyone - just specify the email address of the person with whom you would like to share your spreadsheet with when you create the document or at any time thereafter.

With Live Spreadsheets, you do not have to worry what operating system your contacts are on or whether they have the right software installed. The people with whom you share your documents can view them from any common browser or alternatively download the documents and view them on their desktops using our software version.

You can specify permissions and privileges for each user to control who can view or edit your documents. If you would like to protect a range of cells and prevent users from editing those, you can set such additional restrictions. You can even set expiry dates for these privileges and dynamically change them any time - all such changes are propagated instantly.

You can also dynamically modify or revoke access at any point of time and the permissions are enforced immediately.
