Synchronize
Live Documents automatically synchronizes document changes to make sure that there is a single up-to-date version of your document across the browser and desktop versions as well as across all copies of a document. Any time you open a document on the browser or on the desktop, changes made in the interim are automatically merged in. This works if other users with whom you have shared your documents have made changes too.
If you happen to open a document when you are offline, these changes are automatically synchronized the next time you go online.
You can also see a detailed revision history of the document that spells out who changed what and when through the document life cycle.
