With Live Writer, each document is a meeting room! Multiple people can view and edit a document simultaneously. At any point of time, you can see who else is online on the document that you have opened and start chatting with them if you so desire. All changes made by other users are automatically merged in real-time to expedite the document lifecycle.

You can also use Live Writer to replace single-point online meeting tools - just click on the "Invite to Presentation " menu button and you can invite other online users into a document mode where all your actions are propagated to other users - you can make a remote slideshow document for instance, complete with on-slide annotations. Unlike current meeting tools, all your slide transitions and animations are preserved in the meeting mode and synchronized across all user screens to ensure that participants have a rich user experience.
