Adding text in a Live Writer document is easy - just click on the writing surface (page) and start typing! You can also copy paste content from outside to get started.

Live Writer provides a wide range of formatting options for you to control the way your text content looks. These include aspects such as styling, alignment, font, paragraph styles and several others - all of these aspects are accessible from the properties panel on the right.
